T first, there is the root note: the note which gives the chord name.
and then comes the other notes of the scale:

Ninth (same notes as the second).
If we are adding the ninth to a chord, the chord will be named (add9). If the ninth takes place of the third, the chord will rather be named (add2).
Normally, a ninth chord includes notes 1^st, 3^rd, 5^ft ,7^th ,9^th. Maj9 chord includes a major 7^th: 1^st, 3^rd, 5^th, maj7^th, 9^th.

Eleventh (same notes as the fourth).
Theoretically, a eleventh chord should includes those notes: 1^st, 3^th, 5^th, ♭7^th, 9^th and 11^th.
But the 5^th and the 9^th or the 3^rd and the 5^th are usually not played on the guitar.

Thirteenth (same note as the sixth).
"Thirteenth" chord should includes those notes: 1^st, 3^rd, 5^th, ♭7^th, 9^th and the 11^th.
It is impossible to play seven notes with six strings, we may leave the 5^th and the 9^th or the 9^th and the 11^th.
